As it was not for sale, Daralyn reached out to the owner of the land (a process that took several tries). She worked to get an agreement. Then when the seller totally changes his mind, she worked to get a new agreement. During this longer than it should've taken process, she kept in touch with my husband and I to keep us informed explaining the pros and cons of what the seller was offering. Times were bad in the area, but she remained extremely supportive and did all she could to help find a buyer. She and her husband did multiple open houses. She never put pressure on me to lower the price.
After a period of time I decided to renovate. Once that was completed, the house was back to where it was meant to be. A private paradise! She helped me thru it all the way. She would let me know about every showing. I knew my house was in great hands.
