Then when the seller totally changes his mind, she worked to get a new agreement. I hired Daralyn during a trying time. My home had just been damaged by hurricanes. She was very understanding and supportive during this time. She brought food and drinks by before we even signed a contract. She brought some of her own items by to stage my damaged house to make it looked loved.
Times were bad in the area, but she remained extremely supportive and did all she could to help find a buyer. She and her husband did multiple open houses. She never put pressure on me to lower the price.
After a period of time I decided to renovate. Once that was completed, the house was back to where it was meant to be. A private paradise! She helped me thru it all the way. She would let me know about every showing. I knew my house was in great hands.
