Right form the beginning of knowing her I could see she was passionate about her career. She was professional and detailed. She has charm and a drive to make her clients happy. We remained friends with her sending her referrals whenever we could from Massachusetts. When we were almost ready to give up on our retirement home and decided not to move to Florida we knew to call her right away. And she was on it for us. Paid attention to all my detailed expectations and met them for me. She is truly a great asset to any company and they should hold on to her. It's hard to find someone you can trust from long distance and know that they are willing to meet your needs and make it all happen even if you are not there with her. We spent a weekend checking local builders. From the moment we met Daralyn we felt like we had known her for years. She was very responsive to all of our questions since it was our first time building a home in Florida. We returned home and began the process of reviewing the many builders. During this time Daralyn was available for all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with her and we would definitely reach out to her again for any real estate needs.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a particular piece of land. As it was not for sale, Daralyn reached out to the owner of the land (a process that took several tries). She worked to get an agreement. Then when the seller totally changes his mind, she worked to get a new agreement. During this longer than it should've taken process, she kept in touch with my husband and I to keep us informed explaining the pros and cons of what the seller was offering. She went above and beyond and was ALWAYS looking out for my husband and my best interest. When she was showing a home in the same area as our land, she snapped a pic and sent it to us. Small things like that might not seem like a lot, but when you are an out of town buyer they mean the world to you!! If Daralyn puts all of this energy and effort into helping us buy a parcel of land, imagine how great she would be selling your house or helping you buy a new one!!
